Jennifer’s face appeared from behind a door she looked out to see if Derek was in sight – low and behold Derek was hiding in the backroom waiting for the moment he first got to see her. As the door opened he took his place at the end of the aisle.
Jennifer appeared with her mom on one arm and her father on the other. Her face was completely lit up and she looked just radiant. After a beautiful Ceremony at St. Patrick’s Church & Rectory in Calgary, AB. After the ceremony the bride and groom made there way down to the Ranch in Fish Creek Provincial Park where they had family photos and a picnic.
Then we headed down to Inglewood with where Jennifer and Derek truly rocked out! Following the formals we headed to the Calgary Zoo where we got a few more shots of the couple and headed to the big reception! If you looked to your left you could see peacocks and if you looked to your right you could see the main elephant exhibit. The Zoo has such a wonderful views and sounds for weddings. It was such an honor to be asked to second shoot this wedding with Jenny.

I love when the church opens its front doors so the brides entrance is back-lit with such a beautiful glow. It made Jennifer look like an angle!

After the ceremony Derek helped Jennifer into the car so we could head down for formals. 
We caught up with the couple and caught Jennifer on the phone!!! Once she realized we were right beside them it was a good laugh!
