Because a first look needs to be crashed by your best man in a wedding dress
On Saturday I had the pleasure of shooting Tina & Keegan’s amazing wedding and their best man had a few surprises up his sleeve (although it was a sleeveless wedding dress).
Tina waited patiently in the limo as Keegan’s best man got in place to surprise him. Instead of Tina walking down the winding path to tap her groom on the shoulder for their first look and reveal of her on their wedding day, he turned around and to his surprise his best man was wearing a borrowed wedding dress adorned with a veil and complimentary boots!
Keegan’s face was perfect – the reaction was priceless and the moment is now truly one of my fondest, as it was almost impossible to keep my composure as he walked down towards Keegan. I remember saying “don’t turn around yet, she’s almost here”.
His nerves were perfect for the surprise that was about to unfold!
