When I picture garden elegance my mind shows me a long path with trees that touch the top, wild flowers and whimsey. This Coutts Center Engagement Photo Shoot had it all.
Truly Nanton is a hidden gem – its not too close to the city that its busy but not to far away that you wouldn’t ever go (if you lives in Calgary).
As a Calgary Engagement Photographer I often am looking for unique spots for my couples and my Engagement Photo Shoots. When I found Coutts Center I just knew I had to throw it on my bucket list!
Kait and Brady were planning a big tent Wedding and wanted something that wasn’t mountains – a location I could capture unique moments that showed their genuine connection. To say I am am obsessed with how the whole day was would be a small understatement.
It was my first time meeting Brady and I hadn’t yet seen their connection – but its so sweet and genuine and playful. I adore playful moments between couples.
Wondering around the Coutts Center finding hidden pockets and beauty was a visual dream. I’m sure I kept saying WOW each time we turned a corner.
Seeing the Coutts Center online is nothing like in person – I saw a bunch of Calgary Wedding Photographers photos there but not really any Engagements – Probably because they have a really beautiful Ceremony and Reception Pavilion. There is historic homestead is still there, green houses and the cutest little bike we utilized for some fun moments!
I honestly cant believe this property is over 100 years old and had been kept up so well! It’s a must to put on your list if you’re on the hunt for a Wedding Venue close to Calgary.
