Romantic and Elegant Teatro Wedding Ceremony and Reception in Downtown Calgary.

I absolutely love the contrast of Downtown Weddings to Mountain Weddings. As a Wedding Photographer based out of Calgary it’s the perfect hub for near and far Weddings and Elopements. Nothing ever becomes boring and each time I get to photograph at different venues it’s such a visual playground!

Teatro Ristorante Weddings are some of my absolute favourites.

Why, you might ask?

Well let me tell you if you have ever walked into Teatro Ristorante you would know it’s just one of the most visually stunning Wedding Venues Calgary has.

There are also opportunities for amazing angles because of the layout – from a nerdy photography standpoint it’s one of the best places to shoot a Wedding in Calgary.

I was so excited when I met Sarah and Austin in the Rocky Mountains for their Engagement Photos. They wanted a contrast from the City photos we were planning for their Teatro Wedding day.

As we hiked down a canyon we got to chatting about their Calgary Wedding plans and I’m sure I looked way too happy when they were telling me about everything!

I was also super excited to work with their Wedding Planner Kay from Social Co + Design. They spoke so highly of her that I was just pumped to see what she was going to do with the space and as soon as they told me they hired Carly from Chick Weed Florals I knew they were definitely going to have a very Elegant and Romantic feel to their day.

Honestly when she described their vision for how they were going to decorate their Teatro Ristorante Wedding Ceremony and Reception I could see it – and it definitely was everything and more!

Sarah and Austin are such cuties. I love their connection. It’s like hanging out with two best friends who have inside jokes you want to hear about. Also they are both such kind humans. I love a warm hearted person – especially when you can feel it during the ceremony.
